Why typewriters?
Typewriters are functional works of art. I’ve fallen in love with them and I want to spend the rest of my life finding and restoring these little guys.
I’m not a collector, I want to find them homes with people who will love and use them. To do that I needed a store.
What’s a dead key?
A dead key is a special kind of a modifier key that does not generate a complete character by itself, but modifies the character generated by the key struck immediately after.
You are probably wondering what that has to do with my typewriter shop. Nothing, it just sounded cool.
